    Angry

A 21 year old girl was killed after being struck by a non-lethal" projectile while <s>rioting</s> celebrating the Bosox victory.

    Are the police to blame?

I say no. Sorry she's dead but....

I read that too. Sucks to see someone end up dead from one of these things, but then again you gotta "act like you've been there before."
Fans should celebrate and have a good time, but mindless destruction of property and some of the things that go on after teams win championships just dont make sense to me.
It is unfortunate that someone died.

And before anyone else tries to spin it again.

They should import those cops to Columbus after the Michigan game!
